摘要
目的 探讨疝环填充式无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术在腹股沟疝治疗中的疗效。方法 纳入2018年1月至2022年12月期间在我院普外科就诊的腹股沟疝患者76例,根据随机数字表法分组,对照组(38例)进行传统疝修补术治疗,观察组(38例)进行疝环填充式无张力疝修补术治疗,对比两组临床疗效、并发症发生情况、手术及术后恢复情况、视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分、术后复发率。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的78.95%(P <0.05);观察组的并发症发生率、术后2 h、术后第3天、术后第7天的VAS评分以及复发率均低于对照组(均P <0.05);观察组所需的手术时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、切口疼痛消失时间等手术及术后恢复指标均短于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 对腹股沟疝患者采取疝环填充式无张力疝修补术的疗效显著,可减轻术后疼痛感,缩短住院时间,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of tension-free herniorrhaphy and traditional herniorrhaphy in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 76 cases of inguinal hernia patients who visited the general surgery department of our hospital were selected from January 2018 to December 2022.They were divided into the control group(38 cases)with traditional herniorrhaphy and the observation group(38 cases)with tension-free herniorrhaphy.The clinical efficacy,complications,operation and postoperative recovery,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and postoperative recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.74%,which was higher than that of 78.95%in the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate,VAS scores at 2 h postoperatively,on the third postoperative day,on the seventh postoperative day,and the recurrence rate of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05);the surgical time,the time of getting out of bed,the length of hospitalization,and the time of disappearance of the pain of incision,and other indicators of surgical and postoperative recovery were all shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Tension-free hernia repair with hernia ring filling is more effective in patients with inguinal hernia,which can reduce postoperative pain,shorten hospitalization time,and promote the early recovery of the body.
