摘要 智能工厂作为实现智能制造的重要抓手,为制造企业数字化转型提供了有效途径。文章阐述了国内外石化企业智能工厂建设历程及建设内容,分析国家智能制造能力成熟度评估模型与评估方法,结合石化企业业务特点,进行中国石化行业智能工厂业务环节的能力成熟度评估与能力特征总结。基于对中国石化行业智能工厂的阶段性判断,对下一代石化智能工厂业务特征进行了预测分析,提出了建设思路与重点建设内容,为我国石化智能工厂的建设提供支撑。 As an important way for achieving intelligent manufacturing,intelligent factories provide an effective way for manufacturing enterprises to achieve digital transformation.This article first elaborates on the construction process and content of domestic and foreign petrochemical intelligent factories,and then analyzes the maturity evaluation model and method of national intelligent manufacturing capacity.Combining with the characteristics of petrochemical business,this paper completes the maturity evaluation of the business links of petrochemical intelligent factories in China.Based on the phased judgment of the intelligent factories in China's petrochemical industry,this paper carried out the predictive analysis of the business characteristics of the next generation of petrochemical smart factory,and proposes construction ideas and construction contents,providing important support for the construction of petrochemical intelligent factories in China.
