马口鱼的耗氧率、氨氮排泄率和窒息点

摘要 用呼吸室法测定马口鱼幼鱼24 h的耗氧率、氨氮排泄率和窒息点等数据,分析不同水温对马口鱼耗氧率、氨氮排泄率和窒息点的影响。实验结果表明,马口鱼的耗氧率和氨氮排泄率存在明显的昼夜变化规律。当水温为(15.0±0.5)℃时,马口鱼大规格组[平均体质量(124.68±3.03)g]在10:50达到最大耗氧率(0.457±0.025)mg/(g·h)和最大氨氮排泄率(0.119±0.016)mg/(g·h);小规格组[平均体质量(49.00±2.16)g]在16:20和18:20达到最大耗氧率(0.333±0.028)mg/(g·h)和(0.333±0.032)mg/(g·h),在18:20—22:20达到最大氨氮排泄率(0.023±0.11)mg/(g·h)。当水温为5.0~30.0℃时,马口鱼的窒息点随温度升高遵循N字形先升后降再升的波动规律。2组马口鱼的窒息点在10.0℃时都有一个上升的拐点,其中小规格组[平均体质量(61.72±3.80)g]在10.0℃时窒息点达最高值(3.68±0.21)mg/L,大规格组[平均体质量(108.37±4.75)g]在30.0℃时窒息点达最高值(4.80±0.22)mg/L。 The oxygen consumption rate,ammonia nitrogen excretion rate and asphyxiation point of juvenile Opsariichthys bidens in 24 hours at were measured by respiratory chamber method,and the effects of water temperatures on these indexes were analyzed.The results showed that the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia nitrogen excretion rate of the fish had obvious diurnal variation.When the water temperature was(15.0±0.5)℃,the oxygen consumption rate and the ammonia nitrogen excretion rate of the large size group[average body weight(124.68±3.03)g]reached the maximum at 10:50 am,which were(0.457±0.025)mg/(g·h)and(0.119±0.016)mg/(g·h),respectively.The oxygen consumption rate of the small size group[average body weight(49.00±2.16)g]reached the maximum at 16:20 and 18:20,which were(0.333±0.028)mg/(g·h)and(0.333±0.032)mg/(g·h),respectively.The ammonia nitrogen excretion rate of the small size group reached the maximum value(0.023±0.11)mg/(g·h)during the period from 18:20 to 22:20.When the water temperature ranged form 5.0 to 30.0℃,the asphyxiation point of the asphyxiation of the fish fluctuated in an N-shaped pattern with the increase of temperature.There was a rising inflection point of the accphyxiation at 10.0℃in both groups.The asphyxiation point of the small size group[average body weight(61.72±3.80)g]reached the highest value of(3.68±0.21)mg/L at 10.0℃,and the asphyxiation point of the large size group[average body weight(108.37±4.75)g]reached the highest value of(4.80±0.22)mg/L at 30.0℃.
