摘要 近年来基于纺织品的传感器因其出色的柔软性和透气性在传感领域受到广泛关注,而MXene凭借其卓越的导电性、生物相容性和机械性能,成为柔性传感器的理想选择。然而,基于MXene的柔性织物传感器大多制备过程复杂。研究采用简便高效的抽滤技术,制备了MXene复合棉织物,探究MXene粒度对复合棉织物形貌、导电性、耐洗性、透气性和拉伸性的影响。研究结果表明,通过粒度梯度分层负载的方式,可以显著提升复合棉织物的整体性能。此外,探究了不同MXene浓度对压力传感器灵敏度的影响。当浓度为0.4 mg/mL时,传感器在宽传感范围(0~160 kPa)展现出高灵敏度(64.95 kPa^(-1))、快速响应和恢复时间(127 ms/165 ms)、低检测限(10.8 Pa)和良好的耐用性能(1000次循环)。该传感器不仅可用于人体运动监测,还可作为高效的独立加热器使用,为功能性监测和医疗诊断应用提供了研究参考。 In recent years,textile-based sensors have gained significant attention in the sensing field,owing to their outstanding flexibility and breathability.MXene has emerged as an ideal choice for the flexible sensors due to its excellent electrical conductivity,biocompatibility and mechanical properties.However,the fabrication of MXene-based flexible fabric sensors is generally complex.In this study,a straightforward and efficient filtration method was used to fabricate the MXene composite cotton fabrics,and the impact of MXene particle size on the morphology,conductivity,washability,breathability,and tensile strength of the composite fabrics was investigated.It was found that by employing a gradient particle size-based layered loading,the overall performance of MXene composite cotton fabrics was significantly enhanced.Furthermore,the influence of varying MXene concentrations on the sensitivity of the pressure sensor was investigated.When the concentration is 0.4 mg/mL,the MXene-based sensors exhibits high sensitivity(64.95 kPa^(-1))over a broad sensing range(0-160 kPa),rapid response and recovery times(127 ms/165 ms),low detection limit(10.8 Pa),and robust durability(1000 cycles).The sensor can not only be used for the detection of the human motion,but also served as an efficient independent heater,which offers a new research foundation for functional monitoring and medical diagnostic applications.
