摘要
功率量程中子注量率变化率(dφ/dt)高保护功能为控制棒失控下落或弹棒事故提供保护,但在正常运行瞬态中,其停堆裕量也相对较低,存在误触紧急停堆的风险。本研究基于对第三代核电“华龙一号”功率量程中子注量率变化率(dφ/dt)高保护功能逻辑和定值的分析,以及对正常运行瞬态过程中子注量率变化率(dφ/dt)、主泵转速和冷却剂平均温度变化特性的研究,提出了冷却剂平均温度修正通道的优化方案。通过系统程序进行建模和模拟,计算结果验证了优化方案的可行性与有效性。优化方案可用于“华龙一号”的持续改进和后续机组,可避免在调试试验、定期试验以及突发的正常运行瞬态中误触紧急停堆的风险,有利于提升核电厂运行的安全性和经济性。
The reactor trip function for the high change rate of neutron flux in the power range neutron flux rate high change rate provides protection for the control rod falling out of control or the rod projectile accident.However,in the process of normal operation transient,its reactor trip margin is relatively low,and there is a risk of accidentally triggering of reactor trip.This study was based on the analysis of the control logic and the setpoint of the protection function of the third generation HPR1000 for its high change rate of neutron flux in the power range,and the characteristics of the neutron flux rate change rate,primary pump speed and average coolant temperature during the normal operation transient process were studied.Therefore,the optimization scheme of the average coolant temperature channel was put forward.Through modeling and simulating of the system code,the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization scheme were verified by the calculation results.The optimized scheme can be used for the continuous improvement of HPR1000 and subsequent units,which can avoid the risk of accidental triggering of reactor trip in the startup test,periodic test and sudden normal operation transient,and is conducive to improve the safety and economy of nuclear power plant operation.
