摘要
针对新能源场站T接的110 kV线路故障,上游变电站快速跳闸后新能源场站的解列保护可能无法及时动作,进而造成变压器间隙击穿等问题,详细分析了实际工程中故障后的录波数据,通过分解系统中多个场站不同时间段内的故障电气量特征,提取变压器零序电压变化特征,提出了一种多段定值配合的零序过电压保护新方法,实现新能源场站在系统孤岛运行后的快速解列。大量仿真结果表明,所提零序过压保护方法可以准确判断零序电压变化状态,实现了新能源场站的有选择性快速解列,避免了下游变电站发生间隙击穿,保证了新能源接入的城市电网安全可靠运行。
For a new energy station’s T-connected 110 kV line fault,the station’s splitting protection may not be able to act in time after the upstream substation is quickly tripped,which in turn causes the phenomena such as transformer gap breakdown.In this paper,the recorded waveform data after the fault in an actual project is analyzed in detail,the changing characteristics of zero-sequence voltage of the transformer are extracted by decomposing the characteristics of faulted electrical quantities in different periods of several stations in the system,and a novel method of zero-sequence overvoltage protection with multi-segment setting coordination is put forward,thus realizing the rapid splitting of new energy stations after the island operation of the system.A lot of simulation results show that the proposed zero-sequence overvoltage protection method can accurately determine the changes in zero-sequence voltage state,realize the selective and rapid splitting of the new energy station,and avoid the downstream substation from having a gap breakdown,there⁃by guaranteeing the safe and reliable operation of the urban grid with new energy access.
