摘要
近年来伴随数字技术的不断迭代与发展,数字化思维的强势兴起迫使传统的办公室线性工作模式正面临着多元化挑战。随着当下民办高校高质量的发展,二级学院办公室的地位和作用也日益凸显。文章通过分析数字赋能下民办高校二级学院办公室的特质,以数字思维“技术—思维—价值”特征为分析理路,研判办公室管理工作中存在的问题,通过探究数字化技术与管理流程的关系及价值,最终探索出数字赋能下民办高校二级学院办公室工作创新的路径与策略。
In recent years,with the continuous iteration and development of digital technology,the strong rise of digital thinking has forced the traditional linear office work model to face diversified challenges.With the high-quality development of private universities,the status and role of secondary college offices are increasingly prominent.The article analyzes the characteristics of the secondary college office of private universities under digital empowerment,using the"technology thinking value"characteristic of digital thinking as the analytical approach,studies and judges the problems in office management work,explores the relationship and value of digital technology and management processes,and ultimately explores the path and strategy of innovation in the secondary college office work of private universities under digital empowerment.
