摘要
作为新时代新的文化使命,建设中华民族现代文明蕴含着丰富的统战理念,拓展了统战工作的内涵,赋予了统一战线新的使命,为新时代凝聚统战力量、激活统战资源、彰显统战担当、做出统战贡献提供了新的视野。在历史使命上,建设中华民族现代文明是民族复兴的必然,是中国式现代化的文化形态,对构建现代政治文明和推动文明交流互鉴具有重要意义。在发展逻辑上,建设中华民族现代文明体现着普遍性与特殊性、世界性与民族性、一致性与多样性、时空性与实践性等多重面向。在统战担当上,建设中华民族现代文明涉及准确研判国际统战中的敌与友、重新定位统一战线的功能价值、持续优化统一战线的海外环境。在统战贡献上,建设中华民族现代文明涉及文化认同及政治认同、宗教问题及文化出海、文明发展及话语建构。
As a new cultural mission in the new era,the construction of modern civilization of the Chinese nation contains rich united front concepts,expands the connotation of the united front work,endows the united front a new mission,and provides a new vision for consolidating the power of the united front,activating the resources of the united front,showing the responsibility of the united front,and making the contribution of the united front in the new era.In terms of historical mission,the construction of a modern civilization of the Chinese nation is an inevitable part of national rejuvenation,a cultural form of Chinese-style modernization,and of great significance to the construction of a modern political civilization and the promotion of civilizational exchanges and mutual understanding.As for the logic of development,the construction of a modern civilization of the Chinese nation embodies multiple orientations,such as universality and specificity,cosmopolitanism and ethnicity,consistency and diversity,and temporality and practice.As far as the role of the united front is concerned,construction of a modern civilization of the Chinese nation involves accurately studying and judging the enemies and friends in the international united front,repositioning the functional value of the united front,and continuously optimizing the overseas environment of the united front.In terms of the contributions of the united front,the construction of a modern civilization of the Chinese nation involves cultural and political identity,religious issues and cultural outreach,civilization development,and discourse construction.
