摘要
现代学徒制是中国特色职业教育体系建设中的重要组成部分,是促进我国现代职业教育体系走向完善的重要举措。探讨了现代学徒制人才培养的具体路径,通过校企共同设置培养目标、开发项目化课程、建设双师队伍等途径,以学生(学徒)培养为核心,培养具备机械设计专业知识与应用能力、能在生产一线从事机械制造所需的高素质专业人才。
The modern apprenticeship system is an important component of the construction of China's characteristic vocational education system and an important measure to promote the im⁃provement of China's modern vocational education system.This article explores the specific path of cultivating modern apprenticeship talents,through the joint setting of training goals by schools and enterprises,the development of project-based courses,and the construction of a dual teacher team,with student(apprentice)training as the core,to cultivate high-quality professional talents with professional knowledge and application abilities in mechanical design,and the ability to en⁃gage in mechanical manufacturing on the front line of production.
