基于智能制造职业技能等级证书的“双元育人”路径研究

摘要 随着智能制造的发展,职业技能培训已经成为提高制造业竞争力的重要手段。为了更好地推动职业技能培训,以智能制造为背景,探讨了基于智能制造职业技能等级证书的“双元育人”路径,旨在培养具备先进制造技能和实践能力的高素质技术工人。具体而言,分析了智能制造对职业技能培训的影响,探讨了“双元育人”路径的理论基础,并提出了实施该路径的关键要点。最后,给出了相关建议,以促进智能制造行业的技能提升和产业升级。 With the development of intelligent manufacturing,vocational skills training has be⁃come an important means to improve the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.In order to better promote vocational skill training,this article takes intelligent manufacturing as the background and explores the"dual education"path based on intelligent manufacturing vocational skill level certificates,aiming to cultivate high-quality technical workers with advanced manufac⁃turing skills and practical abilities.Specifically,this article analyzes the impact of intelligent manufacturing on vocational skills training,explores the theoretical basis of the"dual education"path,and proposes key points for implementing this path.Finally,this article provides relevant suggestions to promote skill enhancement and industrial upgrading in the intelligent manufactur⁃ing industry.
