细砂及粉煤灰基泡沫轻质土应力与应变特性试验研究

Stress and Strain Characteristics of Foam Lightweight Soil Composited with Fly Ash and Fine Sand

摘要 为了探究细砂及粉煤灰基泡沫轻质土(FLS)的应力与应变特性,文章以水泥、粉煤灰、细砂、水和泡沫为原材料制备试样,进行了无侧限抗压强度试验。试验结果表明,FLS的应力与应变曲线呈软化型,其轴向应力随应变的增加先增加后减少。当湿密度、水胶比和细砂含量分别为600 kg/m3、0.60和20%时,FLS的28 d无侧限抗压强度为0.84 MPa。FLS的无侧限抗压强度与细砂含量呈负线性相关。提出的复合正弦-指数模型(CSE)可以有效地表征FLS的应力与应变特性,可为FLS的工程设计及理论分析提供依据。 In order to investigate the stress and strain characteristics of fine sand and fly ash composite foam lightweight soil(FLS),this study used cement,fly ash,water,fine sand and foam as raw materials to prepare the sample,and conducted unconfined compressive strength tests.The test results showed that the stress and strain curves of FLS were softening type,and with the increase of axial strain,its axial stress increases to the peak value and then decreases gradually.The 28-day compressive strength of FLS was 0.84 MPa when its wet density,water-binder ratio and fine sand content were 600 kg/m3,0.60 and 20%,respectively.The compressive strength of FLS was negatively linearly correlated with the fine sand content.The proposed composite sinusoidal-exponential model can better characterize the stress and strain characteristics of FLS,providing guidance for engineering design and theoretical analysis.
