摘要
建筑物都有各自的使用年限,在使用年限内,也可能有较大范围结构功能的改变,需要重新进行结构计算,对以前不满足的部位进行结构加固设计。合理有效的加固工艺,能够尽可能减小造价,节约成本,方便现场施工。如今,随着经济建设的放缓,城市更新及城市改造的项目越来越多,需要结构工程师通过结构改造、加固等手段,延长建筑的使用寿命。文章阐述了房屋建筑施工中结构加固技术的应用,并结合实际的工程案例进行应用与分析,以期进一步提高建筑工程的整体质量,保证房屋建筑的利用率,为同行提供借鉴。
Buildings have their own life span.During the service life,there may also be a large range of structural function changes.This requires re-structural calculation and structural reinforcement design for previously unsatisfactory parts.A reasonable and effective strengthening process can reduce the cost as much as possible and facilitate on-site construction.Now,with economic construction slowing there are more and more urban renewal and renovation projects,this requires structural engineers to extend the service life of the building through structural transformation,reinforcement and other means.This paper describes the application of structural strengthening technology in building construction,combined with practical engineering cases,the application and analysis are carried out:with a view to further improving the overall quality of construction projects and ensuring the utilization rate of housing construction and providing a reference for peers.
