摘要
建筑固废制备固态流化土肥槽回填技术,是为解决传统肥槽回填中存在的施工和管理问题而形成的新技术,其利用建筑固废,掺入胶凝材料或与之特性相适应的专用固化剂、水、外加剂,通过特定的搅拌机进行拌和均匀,形成具有流动性、自密实、可施工性的固态流化土。文章以南京江北新区某工程为例,利用建筑固废制备固态流化土进行肥槽回填,结果表明,固态流化土经填筑、养护后达到一定强度,具有体积稳定性和抗渗性,且经济效益好,环保节能,施工便捷,同时解决了传统回填技术的难题。
The construction solid waste preparation of solid fluidized soil fertilizer tank backfill technology,is a new technology formed to solve the construction and management problems existing in the traditional fertilizer tank backfill.It used construction solid waste,mixed with cementitious materials or special curing agents,water and admixtures suitable for its characteristics,and mixed evenly through a specific mixer to form a solid fluidized soil with fluidity,self-compacting and constructability.Took a project in Jiangbei New District of Nanjing as an example,the solid fluidized soil prepared by building solid waste is used to backfill the fertilizer tank.The results showed that,the solid fluidized soil reaches a certain strength after filling and curing,and had volume stability and impermeability.It had good economic benefits,environmental protection and energy saving,convenient construction,and solved the problem of traditional backfilling technology.
