摘要
某化工厂房设备升级改造,设备荷载增加,采用增设钢支撑对现有某钢筋混凝土框架结构化工甲类厂房进行抗震加固设计,以解决因结构立面收进处上下层结构刚度相差较大问题。通过软件弹性验算,并结合小震弹性时程分析结果表明,选择钢支撑加固方案可达到整体刚度,改善结构扭转效应,满足现行规范刚度比及继续安全使用的功能需求。
Due to the upgrading of equipment in a chemical plant,The equipment load will increase,The seismic reinforcement design of the existing reinforced concrete frame structure chemical class A plant was carried out by adding Steel Bracing,In order to solve the problem of large difference in the stiffness of the upper and lower layers at the entrance of the structural facade.Through the software elastic calculation and combined with the analysis of the elastic time history of small seismic shocks,the results show that the overall stiffness can be achieved by selecting the steel support reinforcement scheme,improving the torsional effect of the structure,meeting the requirements of the stiffness ratio of the current specification,and continuing to use it safely.
