摘要
为满足人们日益增长的居住需求,文章基于人性化理念提出城市高层宜居住宅建筑方案,给出框架-剪力墙结构和剪力墙结构两种不同的结构设计,并对其进行抗震性能分析,使用有限元软件PKPM对两种结构分别进行地震反应计算与分析,其中包括受力、多遇地震弹性动力时程、罕遇地震弹塑性计算分析,结果表明该建筑结构方案可行,且适用于大中城市非核心区。
Taking a commercial complex laminar column as an example,this paper innovatively calculates the calculated length of the laminar column by using Midas Gen to perform buckling analysis on the laminar column,and then carries out the design of the laminar column.In addition,the performance analysis of the cross-layer column is carried out,and the amplified shear coefficient method is used to design the reinforcement of the cross-layer column,so that the cross-layer column can meet the performance target requirements under the action of small and medium earthquakes.The analysis and design method adopted in this project can provide reference for similar projects.
