摘要
为满足道路建设需要,对钢渣在沥青磨耗层SMA-10中的应用进行了试验研究。对不同钢渣掺量下的SMA-10沥青混合料的配合比进行设计,并对其路用性能、抗滑性能和经济效益进行了分析。研究结果表明:随着钢渣掺量增加,沥青混合料各项路用性能有显著提升。在钢渣掺量为50%时获得最优异的路用性能,动稳定度和破坏弯拉应变比不掺加钢渣的玄武岩沥青混合料分别提高了40%和15.4%,水稳定性变化幅度不大,膨胀率随着钢渣掺量增加而变大但均符合规范要求,构造深度和摆值分别提高了7.0%和5.4%。使用50%钢渣替代玄武岩粗集料生产SMA-10沥青混合料可节省材料成本58元/t,具有一定的经济价值和环境效益。
In order to meet the needs of road construction,the application of steel slag in asphalt wearing course SMA-10 was studied.The mix ratio of SMA-10 asphalt mixtures with different steel slag dosage was designed,and its road performance,skid resistance and economic benefits were analyzed.The results show that with the increase of steel slag dosage,the road performance of asphalt mixtures is significantly improved.The best road performance is achieved with a 50%dosage of steel slag,resulting in a 40%increase in dynamic stability and a 15.4%increase in destructive bending and tensile strain compared with the basalt asphalt mixture without steel slag.In the meanwhile,the change in water stability is not significant.Besides,the expansion rate increases with the increase in steel slag amount,which still meets the specification requirements.Additionally,the texture depth and pendulum value are increased by 7.0%and 5.4%respectively.Replacing basalt coarse aggregate with 50%steel slag to produce SMA-10 asphalt mixturecan save¥58/t in material costs,which provides certain economic and environmental benefits.
