摘要
随着中国经济的快速发展和产业结构的升级,高职院校实训实践耦合型环境文化建设显得十分重要。通过对现有文献的深入分析,从教学模式改革、教师素质提升和校企合作等视角领域出发,阐述了各领域对实训实践耦合型环境文化建设的贡献与影响。研究发现,教学模式的改革可以创造更加实用和接近实际的学习环境,教师素质的提升能够推动实训实践的深度和广度,校企合作可以提供更加丰富和实质的实践机会,这三个领域的协同作用构成了实训实践耦合型环境文化建设的核心机理。基于此,进一步提出了高职院校与企业间开展耦合型环境文化建设的路径思考,以期为实训实践教学、高职院校与企业间的实践合作提供有效参考。
This paper focuses on the mechanism and pathways of inter-coupling cultural construction for practice and training in higher vocational colleges.Practical and realistic learning environment can be created by the reform of teaching mode.The depth and breadth of practice and training can be promoted by the improvement of the quality of the teachers.Richer opportunities for practice can be offered by the collaboration between schools and enterprises.The synergy of these three domains constitutes The core mechanism of inter-coupling cultural construction for practice and training is constructed by these three factors.Furthermore,the potential pathways of inter-coupling cultural construction have been discussed in this paper.
