摘要
目的 了解成都市金牛区高一新生艾滋病知识、行为及健康教育需求,为学校防控艾滋病提供参考。方法 2021年9月对成都市金牛区4所中学高一新生采用分层整群抽样法进行问卷调查。结果 共纳入学生1 186人。艾滋病相关知识的总知晓率为82.29%,普通高中艾滋病知晓率低于重点高中和职业高中(χ^(2)=16.650、14.268,P<0.01);“发生高危行为后应主动寻求艾滋病检测与咨询吗?”知晓率最高(97.55%),“目前我国青年学生中艾滋病的主要传播方式是男男同性性行为吗?”知晓率最低(61.47%);1.43%的学生发生过性行为,第一次性行为从未使用安全套的占41.18%。接受过艾滋病宣传服务的占96.37%,最早接受有关艾滋病宣传服务的学校以小学(57.83%)和初中(39.11%)为主,专题讲座(63.15%)和学校课程(59.11%)是学生主要艾滋病相关知识的来源,“认为有必要了解艾滋病相关知识”的占99.16%、“认为开展性教育对预防艾滋病有作用”的占98.96%。结论 成都市金牛区高一新生艾滋病知识知晓率低于国家要求,不同类型学校均有学生发生过人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human immunodeficiency virus, HIV)易感高危性行为,需针对性加强学校性健康教育和艾滋病预防教育。
Objective To understand the HIV/AIDS-related knowledge,behavior and health education needs of freshmen in senior high school in Jinniu District of Chengdu,and to provide reference for the prevention and control of AIDS in schools.Methods A questionnaire survey with stratified cluster sampling method was conducted among freshmen of four high schools in Jinniu District,Chengdu City in September 2021.Results A total of 1186 students were included.The total awareness rate of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge was 82.29%,and the awareness rate of AIDS in ordinary high school was lower than that in key high school and vocational high school(x^(2)=16.650,14.268,P<0.01).The awareness rate of"Proactively seeking AIDS testing and counseling after engaging in high-risk behaviors?"was the highest(97.55%),and the awareness rate of"The main mode of transmission of HIV/AIDS among young students in China was male to male sex at present?"was the lowest(61.47%).Of the students,1.43%had sexual behavior,and 41.18%never used condoms at first sexual intercourse.A total of 96.37%received AIDS publicity services,with primary schools(57.83%)and junior high schools(39.11%)were the first schools to receive the earliest AIDS publicity services.Thematic lectures(63.15%)and school courses(59.11%)were the main sources of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge for students,and 99.16% of them believed that"It was necessary to know about the HIV/AIDS-related knowledge"and 98.96%of them believed that"Conduct sex education was effective in AIDS prevention".Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among freshmen in senior high school in Jinniu District of Chengdu City is lower than the national requirements,and students in different types of schools have high-risk sexual behaviors of Human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)susceptibility.It is necessary to target and strengthen sexual health education and AIDS prevention education in schools.
