激光拼焊板典型零件冲压缺陷分析及改进

Analysis and improvement on stamping defects for typical parts of tailor welded blanks

摘要 针对异强度双相钢激光拼焊板冲压开裂的问题,使用Autoform软件模拟了前大梁零件的成形过程,研究了不同位置材料减薄率、应力、应变的变化规律。通过单一变量试验方法研究了压边力、n值、r值对焊缝开裂的影响规律。结果表明:焊缝处坯料前期受到成形力和压边力的作用,后期主要受到DP780双相钢位移的拉应力,导致焊缝处坯料受到的拉应力大于DP590双相钢成形力,使得焊缝坯料的塑性应变和厚度减薄率迅速增大,发生开裂。当压边力优化至1500 kN时,零件不开裂,并在生产中验证了模拟结果;DP780双相钢的n值、r值对零件焊缝处坯料的减薄率影响不明显,DP590双相钢的n值、r值对零件焊缝处坯料的减薄率影响明显,当r值≥1.4或n值≥0.19时,零件不开裂。 For the problem of stamping cracking in tailor welded blanks of dual-phase steel with different strengths,the forming process of front beam part was simulated by software Autoform,and the changing rules of material thinning rate,stress and strain at different positions were studied.Then,the influence laws of blank holder force,n value and r value on the weld seam cracking were studied through the single variable test method.The results show that the material at the weld seam is affected by forming force and blank holder force in the early stage,and mainly affected by tensile stress of the displacement for DP780 dual-phase steel in the later stage.As a result,the tensile stress received by the blank at the weld seam is greater than the forming force of DP780 dual-phase steel,causing the plastic strain and thickness thinning rate of the weld seam blank to increase rapidly and leading to cracking.When the blank holder force is optimized to 1500 kN,the parts does not crack,and the simulation results are verified in production.The n and r values of DP780 dual-phase steel have little effect on the thinning rate of blank at the weld seam of part,while the n and r values of DP590 dual-phase steel have a significant impact on the thinning rate of blank at the weld seam of part.When r value is greater than or equal to 1.4 or n value is greater than or equal to 0.19,the part does not crack.
