基于核心肌群激活骨科训练伤预防操应用效果研究

摘要 目的探讨基于核心肌群激活的骨科训练伤预防操的应用效果。方法选取北京地区691名参加2021年秋季新训人员为A组,另选取北京地区372名参加2022年秋季新训人员为B组。A组采用常规热身运动方法,B组采用基于核心肌群激活的骨科训练伤预防操。记录并比较两组新训人员骨科训练伤发生情况、骨科训练伤预防宣教情况、体能考核结果。采用多因素Logistic回归分析检验新训人员骨科训练伤的相关因素。结果B组骨科训练伤发生率低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组训练后身体完全恢复率与训练伤防治掌握率均高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组对准备活动、训练后放松、缓解不适、心理调节方法掌握率均高于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组仰卧起坐成绩优良、及格和不及格比例,以及3000 m跑成绩优良、及格和不及格比例均优于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:训练期间身体未完全恢复、单杠引体向上成绩是上肢训练伤的危险因素(P<0.05);仰卧起坐成绩差、3000 m跑成绩差、训练期间身体未完全恢复、单杠引体向上成绩是下肢训练伤的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论基于核心肌群激活的训练伤预防操可以降低骨科训练伤的发生率,对下肢骨科训练伤的效果尤其显著。 Objective To investigate the application effect of injury prevention exercises based on core muscle group activation in military training.Methods 691 new trainees in Autumn 2021 in Beijing were selected as group A,and 372 new trainees in Autumn 2022 in Beijing were selected as group B.Group A was treated with routine warm-up exercise,group B was treated with orthopedic training injury prevention exercise based on core muscle group activation.The occurrence of orthopedic training injury,prevention and education of orthopedic training injury and physical fitness assessment results were recorded and compared between the two groups.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to examine the related factors of orthopedic training injuries among new trainees.Results The incidence of orthopaedic training injury in group B was lower than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total recovery rate and the mastery rate of training injury prevention in group B after training were higher than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mastering rates of preparation activities,relaxation after training,discomfort relief and psychological adjustment methods in group B were higher than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportions of good,pass and fail in sit-up and 3000 metres running in group B were better than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that incomplete body recovery and horizontal bar pull-up performance were the risk factors for upper limb training injury(P<0.05).Poor performance in sit-up,3000 metres running,incomplete recovery during training and horizontal bar pull-up were risk factors for lower limb training injury(P<0.05).Conclusion Training injury prevention exercises based on core muscle group activation can reduce the incidence of orthopaedic training injuries,especially for lower extremity ortho
