摘要
企业战略目标的实现离不开财务战略的有效支持,加强财务战略管理,可以提高企业整体协调性。企业应当将财务战略管理作为重要抓手,积极推进内部控制体系的完善,实时监督财务战略计划的实施情况,确保各项工作的有序开展。文章通过树立财务战略管理思想意识、制订财务战略方案以及健全内部控制机制与加强监管等方面,对企业如何优化财务战略管理活动,发挥财务战略的优势与效用路径加以阐述,以实现企业财务管理高质量发展。
The realization of corporate strategic goals is inseparable from the effective support of financial strategy,and good financial strategic management can improve the overall coordination of enterprises.Enterprises should take financial strategic management as an im-portant starting point,actively promote the improvement of internal control system,supervise the implementation of financial strategic plans in real time,and ensure the orderly development of all work.Through the ideological awareness of financial strategic management,finan-cial strategic planning,and internal control and supervision,this paper explains how enterprises can optimize financial strategic manage-ment activities and give full play to the advantages and utility paths of financial strategy,so as to achieve high-quality development of en-terprise financial management.
