摘要
为满足燃烧学和流体力学等课程的教学实验需要,开发了小尺寸燃烧风洞教学平台。该平台包括风机段、整流段和实验段,能够实现风速为0~5.5 m/s风场环境的无级调节,为模拟环境风影响下的燃烧行为提供理想风场环境。通过该实验平台,为学生充分掌握环境风作用下油池火燃烧、液体火蔓延行为、森林火蔓延等火灾实验的火焰特性和燃烧机理提供了良好实验条件,有助于加深学生对燃烧风洞流场的认识和理解,提高学生的自主创新与学习能力。
According to the teaching experimental needs of combustion science and fluid mechanics a teaching experimental platform for small-scale combustion wind tunnel is designed and developed.The platform includes fan section,rectification section and experimental section.The platform can achieve stepless adjustment of wind speed from 0 to 5.5m/s wind field environment,providing ideal wind field environment for simulating combustion behavior under the influence of ambient wind.The experimental platform provides good experimental conditions for students to fully grasp the flame characteristics and combustion mechanism of fire experiments such as oil pool fire combustion,liquid fire spreading behavior,and forest fire spreading under the action of ambient wind,helps deepen students’knowledge and understanding of combustion wind tunnel flow field,and improves students’independent innovation and learning ability.
