摘要
在(25±5)℃下,将β-FeOOH负载在SiO_(2)上得到β-FeOOH/SiO_(2),作为非均相Fenton催化剂,在流化床装置中探究对甲基橙染料废水的降解效果及降解机制,结合XRD、FT-IR表征手段探究β-FeOOH/SiO_(2)在流化床工艺中的适用性、循环利用性以及稳定性。结果表明,β-FeOOH/SiO_(2)添加量为5.00 g/L,H_(2)O_(2)添加量为0.031 L/L,反应83 min,对250 mg/L甲基橙染料废水的去除率可达100%,COD去除率为88.36%,TOC去除率为67.5%。β-FeOOH/SiO_(2)与流化床结合具有适用性较广、去除率高等优点。
At(25±5)℃,theβ-FeOOH was loaded on SiO_(2)to praperβ-FeOOH/SiO_(2),which was used as heterogeneous Fenton catalyst.The degradation effect and degradation mechanism of methyl orange dye wastewater were investigated in fluidized bed device.The applicability,recycling and stability ofβ-FeOOH/SiO_(2)in fluidized bed process were investigated by XRD and FT-IR characterization methods.The results showed that the addition ofβ-FeOOH/SiO_(2)was 5.00 g/L,H_(2)O_(2)was 0.031 L/L,the reaction time was 83 min and the removal rate of 250 mg/L methyl orange dye wastewater was 100%,COD was 88.36%,and TOC was 67.5%.Theβ-FeOOH/SiO_(2)combined with fluidized bed has the advantages of wide applicability and high removal rate.
