耐高温聚酰亚胺类胶粘剂制备及性能分析

摘要 为了分析影响耐高温聚酰亚胺类胶粘剂性能的因素,使用C_(12)H_(12)N_(2) O和C_(27)H_(26) N_(2) O_(2) 作为二胺单体,C_(17) H_(6) O_(7)作为二酐单体,通过封端剂C_(4)H_(2)O_(3)和反应溶剂C_(5) H_(9) NO的共同作用制备了一种聚酰亚胺胶粘剂,测试了不同因素对胶粘剂粘接性能的影响。结果表明,固体质量分数、粘结件表面粗糙度、C_(12)H_(12) N_(2) O和C_(27) H_(26) N_(2) O_(2) 单体的摩尔比、二酐与二胺单体的摩尔比、聚酰胺酸固化工艺、亚胺化程度和亚胺化方式都会对耐高温聚酰亚胺类胶粘剂的性能产生影响。当胶粘剂固体质量分数为30%、表面粗糙度的打磨砂纸型号为600#时,C_(12)H_(12) N_(2) O与C_(27) H_(26) N_(2) O_(2) 的摩尔比为1∶1,胶接试件的室温粘接强度最高,提高了聚酰亚胺类胶粘剂的性能。 In order to study the factors affecting the performance of high temperature resistant polyimide adhesives,a polyimide adhesive was prepared by the joint action of the capping agent C_(4)H_(2)O_(3),the reaction solvent C_(5) H_(9)NO,using C_(12) H_(12) N_(2) O and C_(27) H_(26) N_(2) O_(2) as diamine monomers and C_(17) H_(6)O_(7) as dianhydride monomers.The influence of different factors on the adhesive bonding performance was tested.Result showed that solid mass fraction,surface roughness of bonded parts,molar ratio of C_(12) H_(12) N_(2) O and C_(27) H_(26) N_(2) O_(2) monomers,molar ratio of dianhydride to diamine monomers,curing process of polyamide acid,degree of imitation,and imitization pattern all had an impact on the performance of high-temperature resistant polyimide adhesives.When the solid mass fraction of the adhesive was 30%and the surface roughness of the sandpaper model was 600#,the molar ratio of C_(12) H_(12) N_(2) O to C_(27) H_(26) N_(2) O_(2) was 1∶1,and the bonding strength of the bonded specimen at room temperature was the highest,improving the performance of polyimide adhesives.
