摘要
铁钻工是管柱自动化的关键设备之一,该设备日常润滑维护工作量大,因润滑维护不及时出现机械故障频率高的问题。文中以TZG140S型伸缩臂式铁钻工为依托,对部分零件结构进行改进,以递进式集中润滑为基础,结合铁钻工工作状态,优化出适合铁钻工的润滑方案,将原有的人工单点润滑改进为集中润滑方式,实现了半自动化式集中润滑在铁钻工上的应用。同时优化了润滑管线的布局、防护,延长了设备的使用寿命、降低维修费用,减轻了现场的劳动强度,满足现场使用的需求,为后期铁钻工无人化、智能化集中润滑系统的应用提供了技术支持和依据。
Iron roughneck is one of the key equipment of string automation.The daily lubrication and maintenance of this equipment is heavy,and the frequency of mechanical failure is high due to untimely lubrication and maintenance.In view of the above shortcomings,this paper studies the TZG140S telescopic boom iron roughneck,improves of the structure of some parts based on the progressive centralized lubrication.Combined with the working state of the iron roughneck,we optimize the lubrication scheme suitable for the iron roughneck,optimize the original manual single point lubrication to the centralized lubrication,and realize the application of semi-automatic centralized lubrication in the iron roughneck.At the same time,the layout and protection of lubrication pipelines is optimized,which extends the service life of equipment,reduces maintenance costs,reduces the labor intensity on site,and meets the needs of on-site use.This research provides early technical support and basis for the application of unmanned and intelligent centralized lubrication system for iron drillers in the later stage.
