摘要
建设更加完备的充电网络是我国政府当前重要工作之一.如何对已建充电站选用最优布局方案,切实提高充电便利性和减少消费者耗用时间是关键问题.基于此,考虑建立基于总出行时间最短的数学模型,同时构建包含电动汽车、充电站和充电需求的动态智能体模型,采用复杂网络理论对充电网络展开分析,再分别从出行总时间、绕行和排队等待时间等因素分析已建充电站布局的合理性,最后利用遗传算法对充电站布局进行优化,促进电动汽车行业发展.
Building a charging network is one of the important tasks of our government at present.The key problem is how to select the optimal layout scheme for the charging stations,effectively improve the charging convenience and reduce the consumption time of consumers.In this study,a dynamic agent model is built that considers electric vehicles,charging stations and demand.The complex network method is used to model the existing charging network,analyze the rationality of the existing charging station layout in terms of the corresponding time factors,which effectively promotes the rapid development of the electric vehicle industry.
