摘要
文中总结了国医大师李佃贵教授运用活血化瘀法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic atrophic gastritis, CAG)的临床经验。李佃贵教授提出浊毒致瘀论,认为CAG发病的关键在于机体气血不畅,瘀阻胃络,新血不生,胃体失于濡养,日久导致腺体组织减少、萎缩甚则出现肠上皮化生等病变。治疗上以活血化瘀为根本大法,同时结合患者的临床表现施以行气、凉血、滋阴、止血、消癥、益气、消补并用等方法,标本兼治,内外合参。旨在化瘀不伤正,活血以治本。临床治疗效果显著。
This paper summarized the clinical experience of Professor Li Diangui,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,in treating chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)by promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis.Professor Li advocates the theory that turbid toxins lead to blood stasis,and believes that CAG is primarily due to the obstruction of qi and blood flow,leading to stasis in stomach collaterals,no production of new blood,and a consequent lack of nourishment to stomach.Over time,this may result in a reduction and atrophy of glandular tissues and even pathological changes such as intestinal metaplasia.The treatment method focuses on promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis,while also integrating other strategies based on the patient′s clinical symptoms,such as regulating qi,cooling blood,nourishing yin,stopping bleeding,reducing masses,tonifying qi,and employing a combination of eliminating and tonic treatment.The treatment aims for a comprehensive approach that resolves stasis without damaging healthy qi and uses blood activation as a means for addressing the root cause.The clinical outcomes have been significantly effective.
