摘要
心血管疾病(CVD)是导致人类死亡的一大原因,严重威胁着人们的身体健康,因此探索CVD早期识别、诊断及有效治疗的方法极为重要。微小RNA(miRNA)的表达水平与心肌细胞代谢紊乱、心肌细胞损伤、心肌纤维化等多种CVD相关病理生理过程存在一定相关性,这使得miRNA成为诊断和治疗CVD的重要切入点。微小RNA-126(miR-126)是miRNA家族中非常重要的生物学标志物之一,它通过参与血管生成、内皮细胞修复及抑制炎症反应等过程发挥保护心肌的作用。该文对miR-126在各类CVD发生、发展中的作用机制、诊断意义及治疗潜在价值等方面的最新研究进展进行了综述。
Cardiovascular disease(CVD)is a major cause of human death and a serious threat to people’s health.Therefore,it is very important to explore the early identification,diagnosis and effective treatment of CVD.The expression level of microRNA(miRNA)is related to many pathophysiological processes related to CVD,such as myocardial cell metabolism disorder,myocardial cell injury and myocardial fibrosis,which makes miRNA an important entry point for the diagnosis and treatment of CVD.MicroRNA-126(miR-126)is one of the most important biological markers in the miRNA family.It plays a role in protecting the myocardium by participating in angiogenesis,endothelial cell repair,and inhibition of inflammatory responses.This article reviewed the latest research progress on the mechanism,diagnostic significance and potential therapeutic value of miR-126 in the occurrence and development of various types of CVD.
