摘要
高等职业教育是职业教育的重要组成部分,高职职业教育既是我国经济社会发展的重要基础,又是我国教育事业发展的战略重点。经过快速发展,高等职业教育在规模上已经占据了河北省高等教育的半壁江山。当前,河北省正处于经济转型、产业升级的重要时期,对高等职业教育的发展提出了新的、更高的要求。高等职业教育担负着提高劳动者素质和培养高技能人才的艰巨任务。但是,审视当前河北省高等职业教育的发展,无论是在结构还是质量上,都与本省经济社会的发展不相适应。因此,分析河北省高等职业教育的发展现状,找出问题,提出相应的对策,对促进河北省高等职业教育的进一步发展无疑具有十分重要的意义。
Higher vocational education is an important part of vocational education.Higher vocational education is not only the important foundation of China's economic and social development,but also the strategic focus of China's education development.After rapid development,higher vocational education has occupied half of the higher education in Hebei Province in scale.At present,Hebei Province is in an important period of economic transformation and industrial upgrading,which puts forward new and higher requirements for the development of higher vocational education.Higher vocational education undertakes the arduous task of improving the quality of workers and training highly skilled talents.However,reviewing the current development of higher vocational education in Hebei Province,both in structure and quality,is not compatible with the economic and social development of the province.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the current situation of the development of higher vocational education in Hebei Province,find out the problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the further development of higher vocational education in Hebei Province.
