国外机械振动式林果收获装备研究现状与展望

摘要 随着林果产量的不断提高、劳动力的短缺,林果的采收问题越来越突出,机械化采收是林果产业发展的必然选择。文章介绍了机械振动式林果采收装备对林果产业发展的重要意义,描述了振动式采收机理的两种形式,将现有林果机械化采收装备系统地划分为五种方式,并分析了五种方式的优缺点,列举了一些国外具有代表性的机型,并对其特点进行了分析,围绕国外采收装备的作业模式、结构形式以及设计理念,结合我国实际情况提出发展意见,为我国进一步研制开发林果采收装备系列产品提供参考。 With the increasing production of forest fruit and the shortage of labor force,the harvesting problem of forest fruit is becoming more and more prominent.Mechanized harvesting is the inevitable choice of forest fruit industry development.This paper introduces the significance of vibrating fruit harvesting equipment to the development of forest fruit industry,describes the two forms of mechanical vibrating fruit harvesting mechanism,systematically divides the existing mechanized fruit harvesting equipment into five ways,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the five ways,lists some foreign representative models,and analyzes their characteristics,based on the operation mode,structure and design concept of foreign harvesting equipment,combined with the actual situation of China,so as to provide reference for the further development of fruit harvesting equipment series products in China.
