摘要
目的 探讨碳酸钙联合骨化三醇对绝经后骨质疏松患者骨密度及治疗效果的影响。方法 选择2022年6—11月在牡丹江林业中心医院治疗的绝经后骨质疏松症患者92例为研究对象。采取随机数表法分为维生素D组和骨化三醇组,每组各46例。维生素D组口服碳酸钙和维生素D滴剂治疗。骨化三醇组口服碳酸钙和骨化三醇治疗。治疗后从患者腰椎正位、股骨颈骨密度、腰膝酸软症状评分、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRACP)检测结果和治疗效果等方面比较治疗效果。结果 骨化三醇组腰椎正位骨密度高于维生素D组,骨化三醇组TRACP低于维生素D组,骨化三醇组腰膝酸软评分低于维生素D组,骨化三醇组治疗总有效率高于维生素D组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 骨化三醇与碳酸钙联合用药可有效提高患者的治疗效果。
Objective To explore the effect of calcium carbonate combined with calcitriol on bone mineral density of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients and its treatment effect.Methods A total of 92 postmenopausal osteoporosis patients who were treated at Mudanjiang Forestry Central Hospital from June to November 2022were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a vitamin D group and a calcitriol group using the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The vitamin D group was treated with oral calcium carbonate and vitamin D drops.The calcitriol group received oral calcium carbonate and calcitriol treatment.After treatment,the treatment effects were compared from the aspects of the test results and treatment effects of the patient's lumbar spine anteroposterior projection,bone mineral density of femoral neck,scores of soreness and weakness of waist and knees,and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRACP).Results The bone mineral density of the lumbar spine anteroposterior projection in the calcitriol group was higher than that in the vitamin D group,the TRACP in the calcitriol group was lower than that in the vitamin D group,and the score of soreness and weakness of waist and knees in the calcitriol group was lower than that in the vitamin D group.The total treatment effectiveness rate in the calcitriol group was higher than that in the vitamin D group.The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The combination of calcitriol and calcium carbonate can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients.
