摘要
培育优秀的企业文化是提高管理境界、推进高质量发展的有效途径。公司党委以思想共育、资源共享、责任共担、过程共建、难题共解为载体,推进文化建设制度化、体系化,引导全体党员干部职工履行弘扬企业优秀红色文化的光荣时代使命,围绕中心抓党建,抓好党建促发展,党建与经营相互融合、一体推进,持续加强对优秀传统文化的挖掘和阐释。
Cultivating excellent corporate culture is an effective way to improve management levels and promote high-quality development.The Party Committee of the company takes“ideological co-nurture,resource sharing,joint responsibility,joint building of the process,and joint resolution of difficulties”as the carrier,promotes the institutionalization and systematization of cultural building,guides all Party members,cadres,and workers to fulfill the glorious mission of carrying forward the excellent red corporate culture in the glorious era,focuses on centralizing Party building,promotes both Party building and development,and integrates Party building with operation,continuously strengthening the excavation and interpretation of excellent traditional culture.
