切割工具串中水力锚结构优化方法

摘要 目前连续油管传输切割工艺的应用需要解决切割过程中工具抖动严重的问题。通过优化常规水力锚,可以直接与切割工具连接,传递扭矩,使切割的管柱断面平整,且易于打捞,整体工具串寿命更长,综合费用更低。该项研究对于提升切割工艺的稳定性和效率具有重要意义,对于页岩气区块和其他类似应用领域具有实际应用价值。 The application of CT-conveyed cutting technology currently faces the challenge of severe tool vibration during the cutting process.By optimizing the conventional hydraulic anchor,it can be directly connected to the cutting tool,transmitting torque,resulting in a smooth cut pipe section that is easy to retrieve.The overall tool string has a longer lifespan,with a lower comprehensive cost.This research is of significant importance for improving the stability and efficiency of the cutting process,with practical application value in shale gas blocks and similar fields.
