摘要
随着物联网的蓬勃发展,深入探讨了物联网环境下的通信数据分析与实时决策支持。先从数据采集与预处理出发,详细讨论了传感器技术的应用和边缘计算在数据采集中的角色。接着着重介绍了实时数据分析算法,包括流式数据处理技术和实时数据挖掘算法,并深入研究了机器学习在通信数据分析中的应用。最后关注实时决策支持系统的设计,包括系统架构、数据安全与隐私保护。综合而言,文章为构建智能高效的物联网通信数据分析与决策支持系统提供了全面的理论基础和实践指南。
With the booming development of the Internet of Things,this paper delves into communication data analysis and real-time decision support in the Internet of Things environment.First,the application of sensor technology and the role of edge computing in data acquisition are discussed in detail from the perspective of data acquisition and preprocessing.Secondly,real-time data analysis algorithms were emphasized,including streaming data processing techniques and real-time data mining algorithms,and the application of machine learning in communication data analysis was deeply studied.Finally,focus on the design of real-time decision support systems,including system architecture,data security,and privacy protection.Overall,this article provides a comprehensive theoretical foundation and practical guidance for building an intelligent and efficient Internet of Things communication data analysis and decision support system.
