摘要
5G网络的规模商用持续赋能工业制造领域,促进了制造行业的快速发展。随着5G在工业制造中的应用从生产辅助环节向生产核心环节深入拓展,对带宽、可靠性、定位精度、时延、抖动等性能提出了更高的要求。5G确定性网络作为一种新兴的通信技术,具有为工业制造提供关键通信服务的潜力。分析制造行业的典型场景及行业应用,结合5G确定性网络架构的技术特点,探讨了工业制造中确定性通信网络的需求、网络语言的转译及组网方案的设计。
The commercial deployment of 5G networks has continuously empowered the industrial manufacturing sector and facilitated its rapid development.As the application of 5G in industrial manufacturing expands from auxiliary processes to core production processes,higher requirements are placed on bandwidth,reliability,positioning accuracy,latency,and jitter.As an emerging communication technology,5G deterministic networking holds the potential to provide critical communication services for industrial manufacturing.This article analyzes typical scenarios and applications in the manufacturing industry,based on the technical characteristics of 5G deterministic networking architecture,explores the requirements for deterministic communication networks,network language translation,and network deployment solutions in industrial manufacturing.
