摘要
目的:分析集束化护理在癫痫患儿护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年5月东南大学附属中大医院收治的62例癫痫患儿作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各31例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施集束化护理。比较两组治疗效果、癫痫发作情况、心理状态、生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038)。护理后,两组癫痫发作频率及焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组癫痫发作持续时间短于护理前,且观察组短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组各项生活质量评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理在癫痫患儿护理中的应用效果显著,可控制癫痫发作,缓解患儿不良情绪,提升生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of cluster nursing in the nursing of children with epilepsy.Methods:A total of 62 children with epilepsy admitted to Zhongda Hospital,Southeast University from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided in two groups,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing and the observation group received cluster nursing.The treatment effect,epileptic seizure,psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038).After nursing,the epileptic seizure frequency,anxiety and depression scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,these indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of epileptic seizures in the two groups was shorter than that before nursing,the duration in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing has a significant application effect in the nursing of children with epilepsy,and can control epileptic seizure frequency,relive children's bad mood,and improve quality of life.
