高浓瓦斯隧道超前探测与瓦斯监控方法研究

摘要 高速公路穿越煤系地层时存在极大可能有煤与瓦斯突出的危险,然而国家目前尚未出台相关的技术标准和管控细则。为了防止瓦斯事故的发生,加强对高速公路穿越煤系地层中煤层的探测与瓦斯的实时监测至关重要。以黄家嘴大断面隧道穿越煤系地层为工程实例,参照煤矿区与铁路隧道的相关瓦斯技术规范,结合高速公路隧道煤系地层贮存与施工工艺等特点,制定了适合高速公路的地质编录与超前钻孔相结合的方法,准确测探出黄家嘴隧道内煤系地层的分布特点及高浓瓦斯里程段。基于此,构建了适用于煤系地层大断面隧道施工时的瓦斯自动化与人工监测相结合的有害气体监测体系,可通过掌握时间范围内气体浓度波动来了解隧道内气体运移机制。研究成果可为高速公路穿越煤系地层的施工控制与有害气体监测提供可靠的施工和管理经验。 There is a high possibility of coal and gas outburst when highways pass through coal bearing strata,but the country has not yet introduced relevant technical labeling and control regulations.In order to prevent the occurrence of gas accidents,it is very important to strengthen the detection of coal seams and real-time monitoring of gas when the expressway passes through coal measures.This article takes the Huang Jiazui large cross-section tunnel crossing coal bearing strata as an engineering example,referring to the relevant gas technical specifications of coal mining areas and railway tunnels,and combining the characteristics of coal bearing strata storage and construction technology of highway tunnels,a method suitable for combining geological logging and advanced drilling is developed to accurately measure the distribution characteristics of coal bearing strata and high concentration gas mileage sections in Huang Jiazui tunnel.Based on this,a harmful gas monitoring system combining gas automation and manual monitoring has been constructed for the construction of large cross-section tunnels in coal bearing strata.The gas migration mechanism in the tunnel can be understood by grasping the fluctuation of gas concentration within the time range.The research results can provide reliable construction and management experience for the construction control and harmful gas monitoring of highway crossing coal bearing strata.
