摘要
薄膜压力传感器因厚度薄、测试单元面积小和灵敏度高等优点在土木工程领域逐渐得到应用。为探究薄膜压力传感器在液压振动沉桩中监测桩侧法向应力的适用性,在砂土中开展液压振动沉桩大比尺模型试验。试验结果表明:液压振动沉桩的桩侧残余法向应力显著小于振动时的法向应力;在合适的保护措施下,薄膜压力传感器能有效监测沉桩过程中的桩侧法向应力。
Thin film pressure sensors are increasingly being utilized in the domain of civil engineering owing to their slender dimensions,limited testing unit area,and heightened sensitivity.In order to investigate the potential use of thin film pressure sensors for monitoring the normal stress on the pile side during hydraulic vibration pile sinking,a series of large-scale model tests were conducted in sandy soil.The experimental results indicate that the residual normal stress on the pile side of hydraulic vibration pile sinking is significantly smaller than the normal stress during vibration;Under appropriate protective measures,thin film pressure sensors have the capability to efficiently monitor the normal stress exerted on the pile side during the process of pile sinking.
