文章介绍了一种基于VDA 5手册的电动拧紧工具测量系统分析的应用案例,介绍了测量系统分析的概念,比较了两种常用的测量系统分析方法,根据电动拧紧工具的工作原理和测试场景,讨论了分辨力、公差带宽、参考值等手册中各项评价指标如何与电动拧紧工具技术参数灵活匹配。最后通过应用实例,例举了几种能力指数不合格的原因和改进方法,通过改进前后测试结果的数据和图形分析评估,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。该方法同样适用于生产设备中测量传感器的测量系统分析。
The article introduces an application case of measurement system analysis of electric tightening tools based on the VDA 5 manual,introduces the concept of measurement system analysis,compares two commonly used measurement system analysis methods,and discusses how the evaluation indexes in the manual such as resolving power,tolerance bandwidth,and reference value can be flexibly matched with the technical parameters of the electric tightening tools according to the working principle and test scenarios of the electric tightening tools.Finally,through the application examples,several reasons for unqualified capability indexes and improvement methods are exemplified,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by analyzing and evaluating the data and graphs of the test results before and after the improvement.The method is also applicable to the analysis of measurement systems with measurement sensors in production equipment.
