摘要
目的探讨肱骨远端骨折内固定患者的术后看护阶段,通过微信平台实施延续性护理干预的临床应用效果。方法选取粤北人民医院2021年1~12月收治的80例行肱骨远端骨折内固定手术患者作为观察对象,采用随机数字表法将其进行分组,即对照组(常规延续性护理干预模式)、观察组(以微信平台为基础的延续性护理干预),各40例,对比两组患者不同时间段(术前、术后3个月、术后6个月)的肘关节功能水平、术后6个月的功能锻炼依从性和护理满意度。结果两组护理方法对患者肘关节功能水平重复测量方差分析显示存在交互、组间、时间效应,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者术后6个月的功能锻炼依从性和护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以微信平台为基础延续性护理干预模式的应用,能够明显改善肱骨远端骨折内固定患者的肘关节功能水平,提高其功能锻炼依从性与护理满意度,效果显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of continuous nursing intervention through WeChat platform in the postoperative nursing stage of patients with internal fixation of distal humerus fracture.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent internal fixation operation for distal humerus fracture from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the observation objects.Random number table method was used to divide the control group(conventional continuous nursing intervention mode)and the observation group(continuous nursing intervention based on WeChat platform),with 40 cases each.Elbow joint function level was compared between the two groups at different time periods(pre-operation,3 months after operation and 6 months after operation).The functional exercise compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared at 6 months after operation.Results The repeated measurement of elbow joint function between the two groups of nursing methods showed that there were interaction,intergroup and time effects,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the functional exercise compliance and nursing satisfaction of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group 6 months after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of continuous nursing intervention mode based on WeChat platform can significantly improve the elbow joint function level of patients with internal fixation of distal humerus fractures,improve their functional exercise compliance and nursing satisfaction,and the effect is significant.
