摘要
知识经济背景下,我国区域思想从统筹发展转向协同发展,且高新技术产业类开发区已成为地区分工的重要场域空间。以南京市江北新区与浦口区为例,国家级新区的叠加是协同建设的优势条件,聚焦其中的研创园与高新区,分析现状特征发现两个片区处于规划布局融合度低、交通路网延伸性差、配套设施分布不均、区域风貌利用率低和产业结构创新性弱等困境。据此,研究逐条提出优化路径以构建协同一体、互联共享的区域发展体系,从而打破独立区域发展瓶颈,增强江北地区整体辐射带动力。
Under the background of knowledge economy,China’s regional thinking shifted from integrated development to collaborative development,and high-tech industrial development zones became important field spaces for regional division of labor.Taking Jiangbei New Area and Pukou District in Nanjing as examples,the superposition of state-level new area is an advantageous condition for collaborative construction.Focusing on the innovation park and the high-tech zone,the analysis on current characteristics shows that the two areas have the difficulties of low integration of planning layout,poor extensibility of traffic network,uneven distribution of supporting facilities,low utilization rate of regional features and weak innovation of industrial structure.Based on this,the paper proposes optimization paths to build collaborative and interconnected regional development system,so as to break the bottleneck of independent regional development and to enhance the overall radiation belt power of Jiangbei region.
