摘要
艺术类大学生既具有高校青年大学生的普遍共性,又具有艺术类特长生的个性化特点,存在着艺术素养与文化素养不平衡、个体观念较为突出、学习能力参差不齐等方面的问题。鉴于此,地方应用型高校围绕艺术类大学生开展思想政治教育工作时,需要全面客观把握和评价、因势利导才能进行有效的思想政治教育;要充分把握思想政治教育基本规律和艺术类大学生成长成才规律,探索出具有专业特色的、有力量有温度的艺术类大学生思想政治教育实践途径,通过有针对性的教育、引导和帮助,使艺术类大学生在追求德艺双馨中成就人生价值。
Art college students not only have the common characteristics of young college students,but also have the personalized characteristics of students majoring in art.There are some problems,such as the imbalance between artistic quality and cultural cultivation,the outstanding individual concept,and the uneven learning ability.Based on this situation,when carrying out ideological and political education for art students,universities need to fully grasp the actual situation of such students,and carry out effective ideological and political education with objective evaluation and situational guidance.Local application-oriented Universities should fully grasp the basic laws of ideological and political education and the laws of the growth and development of art college students,explore practical ways of ideological and political education for art college students with professional characteristics,strength,and warmth,and through targeted education,guidance,and assistance,enable art college students to achieve their life value in the pursuit of moral and artistic excellence.
