摘要
从结构原理出发,介绍了混合动力汽车(以下简称混动汽车)的结构形式,并在此基础上分析了混动汽车的主要模块、典型工艺、常见问题及工艺防护措施等,为混动汽车的工艺分析和工艺设计提供借鉴。最后通过一个实际案例说明了混动汽车和常规燃油汽车共线生产的典型工艺流程和生产线改造思路。
Based on the structure principle,the structure form of hybrid electric vehicle is introduced,and the main modules,typical processes,common problems and process protection measures of hybrid electric vehicle are analyzed,which provides reference for process analysis and process design of hybrid electric vehicle.Finally,a practical case is used to illustrate the typical process flow and production line transformation of hybrid vehicle and conventional fuel vehicle.
