摘要
城轨牵引供电预制舱是一种将变电站技术应用于城市轨道交通牵引供电系统的方案,已广泛应用于各大城市的轨道交通项目。然而,在实际项目应用过程中,工艺和细节上存在一些问题,如安全性、应用便捷性以及维护方便性等方面。为了解决这些问题,提出箱体宽体设计、直流系统一次母排连接和箱体外观贴花工艺等改进措施。通过应用这些改进措施,可进一步提升预制舱在城市轨道交通牵引供电系统中的性能和效益,并为轨道交通的可持续发展做出贡献。
Urban rail traction power supply prefabricated cabin is a scheme that applies substation technology to urban rail transit traction power supply system,which has been widely used in rail transit projects in major cities.However,in the actual project application process,there are some problems in some processes and details,such as safety,application convenience and maintenance convenience.In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward three design ideas,including the wide body design of the box,the primary bus connection of the direct current system and the appearance decal technology of the box.The application of these improvement measures is expected to further improve the performance and benefit of prefabricated cabins in the traction power supply system of urban rail transit,and make contributions to the sustainable development of rail transit.
