摘要
目的了解小学生卒中知识掌握情况,为开展卒中教育提供参考。方法选择云南省大理市某小学216名二年级学生为调查对象,采用自行设计的问卷进行卒中知识知晓情况调查。用χ^(2)检验对比教育前、教育后和教育后3个月小学生卒中知识知晓率,用配对样本t检验分析卒中相关知识得分均值变化情况。结果与教育前相比,教育后小学生卒中知识显著增加(危险因素得分P<0.001,症状得分P<0.001);教育后3个月回访时,小学生卒中知识知晓率下降(危险因素得分P=0.966,症状得分P<0.001);教育后小学生“中风120”知晓率显著提高(P<0.001)。结论小学生对卒中的认知情况较差,教育3个月后卒中知识知晓率有所下降,但仍然明显高于教育前,教育效果较为显著。“中风120”宣教小视频是教育小学生快速识别卒中症状以及指导其采取正确措施的有效工具;卒中教育应下放到学生群体,提高青少年的卒中意识。
Objective To investigate the cognitive status of stroke knowledge among primary school students,and provide reference for carrying out stroke education.Methods 216 second-grade students from a primary school in Dali City,Yunnan Province were investigated with self-designed questionnaire.The Chi-square test was used to compare the awareness rate of stroke knowledge before education,immediately after education and three months after education.The change of mean scores of stroke-related knowledge was analyzed by paired sample t-test.Results Compared with those before education,the awareness rate of stroke knowledge increased significantly immediately after education(risk factor score P<0.001,symptom score P<0.001),and decreased after three-month return visit(risk factor score P=0.966,symptom score P<0.001).The awareness rate of "stroke 120" increased significantly after education(P<0.001).Conclusion Pupils' cognition of stroke is poor.The awareness rate of stroke knowledge decreased after three months of education,but the effect of education is still significantly higher than that before education. "Stroke 120" propaganda video is an effective tool to educate primary school students to quickly identify stroke symptoms and guide them to take correct measures.Stroke education should extend to the group of students improve the stroke awareness of teenagers.
