摘要
陕西某煤化工企业污水处理厂利用批序式活性污泥法(SBR)作为污水处理主工艺,主要处理在生产运行期间会产生大量火炬富氢凝液、渣场渗滤液、浓盐水等复杂废水,以及厂区产生的生活污水。为解决各类复杂废水,在原工艺运行的基础上,通过对复杂来水的有效均质,控制SBR生化系统营养比例、调节不同种类污水进水量等方法优化运行,实现对各类复杂废水的有效处理以及废水零排放,结果显示,SBR工艺可以将化学需氧量(COD)位800 mg/L左右,氨氮为100 mg/L左右的污水降低到60 mg/L和15 mg/L以下。从而降低了公司危废处理和运行成本费用。
The sewage treatment plant of a coal chemical enterprise in Shaanxi Province chose batch activated sludge method(SBR)as the main process of sewage treatment,mainly treating complex wastewater such as flare enriched condensate,slag leachate,concentrated brine and other complex wastewater that will be generated during production and operation,as well as domestic sewage generated by the plant.In order to solve all kinds of complex wastewater,on the basis of the original process operation,through the effective homogenization of complex water,this study controls the nutrient ratio of SBR biochemical system,adjusts the amount of water intake of different types of sewage and other methods to optimize the operation,to achieve the effective treatment of all kinds of complex wastewater and zero discharge of wastewater.The results show that the SBR process can reduce the effluent with COD=800 mg/L and ammonia nitrogen=100 mg/L to less than 60 mg/L and 15 mg/L.,thereby reducing the company's hazardous waste treatment and operating costs.
