摘要
社区教育是社会治理和发展的一个重要内容,它在提升社区居民参与意识、公民意识、发展社会资本、提升社区居民社会组织能力、整合社区公共资源等五个方面具有重要社会功能,发挥着协调社会矛盾的突出作用。共建共治共享新格局下的社区教育革新,在体系构筑和实践推进方面应以这五项社会功能为根据,在社区教育参与主体、运行机制、服务目标上进行持续不断的革新,最终福慧社会全体民众。
Community education is an important content of social governance and development.It has important social functions in promoting community residents’awareness of participation,civic awareness,developing social capital,improving their social organization ability,and integrating community public resources,and plays a prominent role in coordinating social contradictions.The reform of community education under the new pattern of co-construction,co-governance and co-sharing should be based on these five functions in terms of system construction and practice promotion.The main body,operation mechanism and service goal of community education should be reformed,so as to finally benefit all the people in the society.
