摘要
石油企业廉洁建设是保持石油企业先进性与纯洁性、提升石油企业核心竞争力的重要抓手。红色家风作为老一代革命家在革命和建设年代形成的廉洁自律精神,对于塑造和强化石油企业廉洁奉公、不谋私利、不搞特权的文化氛围具有重要推动作用。红色家风与石油企业廉洁建设具有高度的契合逻辑,是继承和发扬传统石油精神、顺应时代需要的必然要求,要以党建为主心骨、以企业文化为主渠道、以政工干部为主力军推动红色家风融入石油企业,促进廉洁建设。
Establishing political integrity in petroleum enterprises is crucial for sustaining their progressive and unblemished nature and boosting their core competitiveness.The Red Family Tradition,embodying the legacy of honesty and self-discipline from past revolutionary leaders,is integral in cultivating a culture of integrity,public service,and eschewing personal gains and privileges in petroleum enterprises.This tradition is essential for upholding and advancing the traditional petroleum spirit in line with contemporary demands.The paper proposes a framework where Party building serves as the core,corporate culture as the primary channel,and political cadres as the driving force to seamlessly integrate the Red Family Tradition into petroleum enterprises,thereby fostering a culture of political integrity.
