摘要
半夏块茎腐烂病是半夏生产的主要限制因素之一,严重影响半夏的产量和品质。由于半夏块茎腐烂病的致病菌为土传病原菌,防治尤为困难。文章从半夏块茎腐烂病的致病因子与防治措施、病原菌分离与鉴定、抗病资源筛选、抗病机理研究等方面阐述了半夏块茎腐烂病研究进展,为半夏抗腐烂病种质资源挖掘及抗病分子育种等提供理论依据。
The tuber rot disease of Pinellia ternata is one of the main limiting factors for its production and seriously affects the yield and quality of P. ternata. Because the pathogenic bacteria of Pinellia tuber rot disease are soil-borne pathogens, prevention and control of it are particularly difficult. In this review, advances in research on pathogenic factors, prevention and control measures, isolation and identification of pathogenic bacteria, screening of disease-resistant resources, and elaborate research on disease resistance mechanisms of P. ternata tuber rot were elaborated, which provided a theoretical basis for the exploration of germplasm resources for resistance to rot disease in P. ternata and the development of new prevention and control methods such as disease resistance molecular breeding.
