摘要
利用地面观测资料、NCEP再分析资料、台站观测资料等对2021年11月5—7日出现在锡林郭勒盟的暴雪天气的环流形势、物理量场及对农牧业的危害进行分析。结果表明:暴雪天气期间,高层西南气流与低层东北气流的作用,导致暖湿空气沿着冷垫爬升,为暴雪天气的出现提供了有利条件;高空急流增大,锡林郭勒盟出口左侧的抽吸作用加强,低层风向风速切变、高空槽、地面冷锋的共同作用增强了上升运动的强度,促进了暴雪天气的发生发展;低层辐合与高层辐散的散度场配置,对垂直运动的发生发展较为有利,冷高压的南压,使得降雪落区不断扩大;比湿和水汽通量高值中心对应,暖湿空气被迫抬升,为垂直方向上水汽的积聚辐合提供了有利条件,对流层中、低层处的水汽辐合继续维持,促进了暴雪天气的发展加强和继续维持;暴雪天气出现时对农业、设施作物和畜牧业的危害较大,需要做好暴雪防灾减灾工作。
This article uses ground observation data,NCEP reanalysis data,and station observation data to analyze the circulation situation,physical quantity field,and harm to agriculture and animal husbandry of the heavy snow weather that occurred in Xilingol League from November 5~7,2021.The results indicate that during blizzard weather,the interaction between the upper southwest airflow and the lower northeast airflow causes warm and humid air to climb along the cold pad,providing favorable conditions for the occurrence of blizzard weather;The increase of high-altitude jet current strengthens the suction effect on the left side of the Xilingol League exit,and the combined effect of low-level wind direction and wind speed shear,high trough,and surface cold front increases the intensity of upward movement,promoting the occurrence and development of snowstorm weather;The divergence field configuration of low-level convergence and high-level divergence was more favorable for the occurrence and development of vertical motion.The southward pressure of the cold high pressure makes the snowfall area continuously expand;The center of high specific humidity and water vapor flux corresponds to the forced rise of warm and humid air,providing favorable conditions for the accumulation and convergence of water vapor in the vertical direction.The water vapor convergence in the middle and lower troposphere continues to maintain,promoting the development,strengthening,and maintenance of heavy snow weather;When blizzard weather occurs,it poses significant harm to agriculture,facility crops,and animal husbandry,and it was necessary to do a good job in snow disaster prevention and reduction.
